Marla Wallace, currently assistant superintendent/business manager of the Rosebud- Lott ISD, was named the new chief financial of f icer (CFO) of the Rockdale ISD Mon- day,
Wallace replaces Karl Kacir who resigned last month to accept a position with the Midway ISD.
Kacir had been employed in the Rockdale ISD for the past four years. Full Story

The Rockdale Chamber of Commerce hosted a free workshop “Beyond Traditional Marketing” for Chamber members Tuesday at the Patterson Civic Center.
