From the City of Rockdale Wednesday afternoon:
"We are currently experiencing very high water consumption and are nearing Stage 1 of our Drought Contingency Plan. Fire hydrant flushing scheduled for tonight has been cancelled and we ask that customers voluntarily reduce irrigation and unnecessary water use."
