on January 13, 2015 at 2107

owner unknown.
These vehicles have been
placed in storage at a rate
of $20.00 + tax a day, and
charges will accrue daily until vehicle is released. Total
storages cannot be computed
until vehicle is claimed. The
Leinholder or registered owner of this motor vehicle may
reclaim vehicle upon payment
of all fees accrued from placing
these vehicles in custody. Fee’s
may include impound fees,
notification fees and other fees
that apply. Failure to exercise
your right to reclaim the vehicle
within the time provided shall be
deemed a waiver by the owner
and leinholder(s) of all rights,
title, and interest in the vehicle,
and permission and consent
to the sale of said vehicles at
public auction through the local
police department. Vehicle
may be picked up within one
hour of request 24 hours a day

The City of Rockdale has established complaint and grievance
procedures outlined in the following steps:
1. Submit comment or complaint
in writing to the City Manager at the
City Hall, 505 W. Cameron Ave.,
Rockdale, Texas 76567.
2. The City Manager or appointee
shall conduct an investigation into
same and report the findings to the
City Council.
3. The City Council shall notify
the complainant, in writing, of
the findings of any investigation
conducted within 15 working days
after being presented in a regularly
scheduled meeting of the City
Council, and what action, if any, is
deemed necessary.
