NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: “You
have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your
attorney do not file a written
answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am
on the Monday next following
the expiration of 42 days after
the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may
be taken against you.”
You are hereby commanded to
appear by filing a written answer
to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or
before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on
the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date
of issuance of this citation the
same being Monday March 9,
2015 before the Honorable 20th
District Court of Milam County at
the Courthouse in said Couny in
Cameron, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s
Petition was filed in said court on
the 25th day of March 2014 in
the above entitled cause.

of this suit is as follows, to-wit:

suit has been brought by CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC, as Plaintiff against Rudolph Hemmit Sr.
and the Heirs at Law of Rudolph
Hemmit Sr., Deceased as Defendants, and any other person
claiming any right, title, interest
or possession in and to the property located at 114 Metcalf, Rockdale, Texas 76567 and legally
described as: Lot Nine (9) and
the east One-Half of Lot Seven
(7) of Bluebird Heights Addition
to the City of Rockdale, Milam
County, Texas. Plaintiff’s Petition
is styled CitiFancial Servicing,
LLC, as Plaintiff against Rudolph
Hemmit, Sr., and the Heirs at
Law of Rudolph Hemmit , Sr.,
Deceased, Defendants, filed as
Cause Number CV36,290 in the
District Court of Milam County,
Texas, 20th Judicial District. The
Petition seeks to foreclose the
lien on the property and assert
superior title to the above described property.
