Body

This year we will have our first ever Cloverbuds project group.

We will be meeting monthly on Zoom to learn about projects and activities.

Some of the lessons we plan to cover include cooking/food and nutrition, community service, animals/ pets, science/weather, personal development, photography and environment/gardening.

This month, we will have a “get together” and listen to the Polar Express during our meeting. We will meet at 6:30 p.m.

We ask that all Cloverbuds wear their PJ’s and bring a favorite Christmas item whether it is food, decorations or stuffed animal/ blanket that relates to the holidays. We will also give each 4-H Cloverbud a bell for their book so they can “hear” it.

The 4-H members, other than the Cameron group that already got bells, will be mailed bells because their meetings are later in this month or will not held. This year we have over 55

This year we have over 55 Cloverbuds in Milam County. It is free to join 4-H as a Cloverbud.

Cloverbuds are kindergartners, first-graders and second-graders. The next Zoom meeting is Dec. 14 at 6:30 p.m.

You must sign up at 4-H online to be on the Zoom.

The 4-H program is such a fun and exciting organization for children to do and we try to provide plenty of opportunities for you to pick from. Let your youth experience what 4-H can offer them. It will be worth your time and effort.
