San Gabriel Christian welcomes the Carrolls
San Gabriel Christian Church welcomes Brother Dan Carroll as guest minister on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. Brother Carroll was a student pastor at the church in 1966 and met and married his wife, Gloria Story, there.
The Carrolls want to thank the congregation for all the love and support they received at the beginning of their marriage and ministry by treating the congregation to a barbecue lunch provided by Thorndale Meat Market.

First Assembly of God welcomes missionary
The First Assembly of God is hosting Rev. Aaron Henry at 11 a.m Sunday. Rev. Henry and his wife Sarah and children Connor, Abby and Doss have just finished a term as mission associates in Duban, South Africa, as part of Urban Tribes, an organization that builds churches all over Africa. The public is invited to attend.
The church will resume adult Sunday school classes from 9:30-10 a.m. in the fellowship hall. Children’s classes have not started yet.
On Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. First Assembly will host a book study on finances with co-pastor Laura Love entitled Balanced Budget, Balanced Life, 10 Steps to Transforming Your Finances by Rollie Dimos.
