Dear editor,
I would like the invite the residents of Rockdale to our Community Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, Nov. 19 at Wolf Park.
With the help of many Rockdale businesses and individuals we were able to purchase a 32-foot tall lighted Christmas tree for the whole town to enjoy.
Several businesses in town will host “Sip and Shop” from 4 to 7 p.m. Then the Rockdale Downtown Association will be serving chili to the public starting at 6:30 p.m. The tree lighting will follow at 7:30 with Christmas music playing throughout.
The Rockdale Downtown Association appreciates your support and welcomes you to enjoy this new Rockdale tradition.
