Here are some important dates to remember for the 2019 Milam County Junior Livestock Show:
The show is March 28-30. Save this date.

Market bunnies will be tattooed Feb. 25, 4 to 6 p.m. (subject to change).
Entry nights
• Wednesday, Feb. 11, Rockdale General Store Meeting Room
• Tuesday, Feb. 12, Thorn-dale Ag Science Building.
• Monday, Feb. 25, Cameron Youth Exposition Building.
• All entries must be received by secretary no later than Feb. 25.
After that date, late entries will be accepted until March 28 for an additional $100.00 per entry.
Baked Goods Rules
• You may enter a total of three baked goods. Must specify cake, pie, and/or cookies.
• All entries must be made by exhibitor.
• Cakes—Decorations and garnishes are acceptable but must be edible.
• Pies—Must be a fruit or nut pie.
• Cookies—Must have six cookies, any type.
• No refrigerated or cold items. Any items needing refrigeration will be disqualified.
This includes, but not limited to meringue, ice box, cheesecakes.
• No cream cheese.
• If you have questions please verify with the superintendent.
• You must provide two copies of the recipe. Please do not include any personal information (name, club/ organization).
• Overall grand and reserve champion baked goods will be chosen from first and second-place cake, pie, and cookies.
• Dish can be no larger than 9 x 13.
