As former Rockdalians, Anne and I would like to extend heartfelt appreciation for the great turnout on Dec. 12 for my book signing of “Still Crazy, The Adventure of a Lifetime,” at the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library.
The book is about my son, Coy’s and my two experiences in participating in the 2014 and 2015 Texas Water Safaris.
We would like to thank Melanie Todd, librarian at Patterson, for hosting the event.
Also, Annette Stone and Ann King for set-up and the delicious refreshments, and all our great friends and acquaintances for taking the time and effort to attend, and especially to those who bought my book.
All proceeds from the book go to The Children’s Type 1 Diabetes Association Camp Rainbow in Alvin.
