TEN YEARS AGO....
The installation of sophisticated new pollution-control equipment at Alcoa’s Rockdale Operation was complete with the commissioning phase getting under way.
Twenty-one months after Alcoa sued Luminant over a power contract dispute at Alcoa’s Rockdale Operations, the litigation’s first day in court had been scheduled.
