Monday is the final day to register to vote in the Nov. 3 general election.
County Clerk Jodi Morgan said those still needing to register can go online to votetexas.gov or www.milamcounty.net/page/milam.elections for information on registering.
“The county clerk’s office will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m Monday to drop off registration forms with us,” Morgan said.
If you are unsure of your registration status, go to teamrv-mvp.sos.texas.gov/MVP/mvp.do to learn if you are currently registered to vote.
Once there, enter selection criteria such as driver’s license number, date of birth, or name, county of residence and date of birth to see if you are on the registered rolls.
Once registered, deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is Oct. 23.
