Chili at the Depot set for November 14
Choo-Choo Chili at the Depot will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Depot in a drive-through fashion.
Tickets are $10 and include chili, condiments and dessert. They can be bought from any Rockdale Historical Society member and at the Chamber of Commerce office.

Thanksgiving outreach dinner slated for Nov. 21
The 20th annual Community Thanksgiving Outreach Dinner will be held at First Baptist Church on Saturday, Nov. 21 at 10:30 a.m. until sold out.
This year there will be no dine in available. Meals will be delivered in drive through style.
“There is delivery available if needed, and you can call your order in early before you pick up, “ according to organizer Pamela King.

Heavenly Treasures to start indoor shopping
Heavenly Treasures will be open for indoor shopping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in November.
Hours will be 9 a.m.-noon. Masks are required and access will be limited to four customers at a time.
Donations may be placed on the back porch any time.
Al-Anon group meets Tuesdays
The Rockdale Just for Today Al-Anon Group will meet every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Calvary Church of the Rock, 1443 S. FM 487 in Rockdale, starting Tuesday, Oct. 20.
There will no longer be meetings at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
