Dear editor,
After the beautiful snowfall last week, I found that our live oak trees didn’t like the snow! Limbs fell everywhere, some very large.
I found our driveway completely covered and couldn't get my vehicles out. My son took a day off to help. My neighbor came over with a chain saw. Then a friend came over with a large trailer and Bobcat loader to clear out all the debris.
By lunchtime I could get my vehicles out. Without their help it would have taken me several days. Rockdale has great and helpful people that don't always get recognized. Many thanks and God bless Chris Alejandro, Eric Mc Kenney and Lee Parsley.
