Rockdale ISD Supt. Dr. Denise Monzingo will announce the district’s plans for the start of the 2020-21 school year in a Zoom (video) call from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
“The link to the meeting will be emailed to all parents on Thursday,” she said. “If your child is not enrolled yet, please message dshelander@rockdaleisd.net to request the link for the meeting.”
This year’s school starting is, of course, far different from any other due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Several school districts in the area, and throughout the state have already announced formats for the new school year.
First day of classes in the Rockdale ISD for 2020-2021 is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 13.
