SHERIFF’S REPORT
It was “scam week” in Milam County as the sheriff’s department answered seven complaints, one of them in connection with online activity.
Three scam calls in a row were reported to deputies, Thursday, all to rural locations in south Milam.
There was one other scam call Thursday, two on Friday and one on Tuesday, April 10.
