Rockdale City Manager Chris Whittaker is locally “famous” for donning a variety of different hats.
Now he’s got a new one to wear.
On Tuesday, in two split county commissioners court votes, Whittaker was named a municipal representative on the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District board of directors.
