CAMERON—Milam County 20th District Court reports stopped this spring during the pandemic, but they have resumed, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions during that period as follows:
• Jeffery Eugene Jolly, 41, Rockdale, seven years prison term, $180 restitution, after pleading guilty to possession controlled substance (4-200 grams) with intent to deliver.
• Chase Ray Melton, 29, Gatesville, four-year prison term, restitution after pleading guilty to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
• Kenneth Richardson, 43, Gatesville, nine-month state jail term, $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Dylan Joe Tabor, 26, Cameron, 369-day state jail term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Charles Wayne Deaver Jr., 43, Belton, five-year prison term, $15,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.
• Carlos Cadena, 32, Thorndale, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone.
• Lynn Deandre Boyd, 44, Rockdale, two-year prison term, probated for five years after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Chelsea Elizabeth Snyder, 28, Rockdale, five-year probated prison term, $1,000 fine, $13,143.19 restitution after pleading guilty to injury to elderly.
• Randall Jay Jones, 56, Cameron, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for attempted burglary habitation
• Amanda Denise Dycus, 38 Killeen, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for bail jumping-failure to appear.
• Jackie Byron Johnson, 46, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication $180 restitution to DPS lab, $740 restitution to another victim after pleading guilty to a attempted possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Jesus Requena Rojas, 32, Thorndale, five years deferred adjudication, 90-day county jail term, $500 fine after pleading guilty to assault causes bodily injury family violence, with previous conviction.
• Taylor Jaynine Coleman, 21, Mobile, Alabama, three years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Kathy Michale Bennett, 45, Gatesville, two-year state jail term, probated three years, $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Jeremy Lorenzo Rice, 24, Cameron, seven years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine after pleading guilty to continuous violence against the family.
• Justin Edward Pugh, 30, Temple, four-year prison term after pleading guilty to possession pf controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Mitchell Hollis Wright, 26, Cameron, 12-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for endangering a child.
