Those attending Thursday’s public hearing may speak and express their opinions but should not expect to enter into a dialogue with the board, according to hospital district directors.
RHD guidelines state the board “is not permitted to answer questions.” Speakers will be allowed three minutes each. Those desiring to speak should arrive early to sign up and will be called upon in the order of signing.
Questions may be submitted in writing at the hearing for the board to provide answers at a later date.
