—Downtown Rockdale had a couple of impressive visitor last Wednesday as a “wide load” convoy shepherded two massive oilfield tanks down US 79 (Cameron Avenue). The convoy carried its own bucket trucks to lift utility lines and required a traffic stopping police escort as it weaved its way trough the city.
