CAMERON—Ten persons were sentenced last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.

He listed case dispositions as follows:

• Dylan Conors Lambert, 26, Thorndale, 18-month state jail term, restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to lesser included attempted assault family violence—impede breathing.

• Christopher Alan Barr, 49, Rock-dale, 12-month state jail term, $66.51 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Robert Allen Czesnowski, 33, Bastrop, nine-month state jail term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation on possession of controlled substance less than one gram

• Joshua Scott Dunkle, 32, Hutto, one-year county jail term after pleading guilty to a lesser included charge, assault causes bodily injury—family member.

• Cohen Chance Peacock, 34, New Waverly, one-year state jail term after pleading “true” for attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Yvonne Marie Carmona, 26, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Alejandro Angel Hernandez, 19, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication, anger management class, fined $2,000 after pleading guilty to assault causing bodily injury.

• Ke’ira Moore, 19, Rockdale, was placed on three years deferred adjudication fined $2,500 fine plus $7,500 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to, forgery of financial instrument.

• Vivian G. Mitchell, 66, Rockdale, 2-year state jail term probated five years $500 fine, $2.47 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to theft (less than $2,500).

• Alexis Lee Bustos, 32, Rockdale, was sentenced 10-month state jail term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
