CAMERON—Eleven persons were sentenced in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.

He listed case dispositions as follows:

• Andrew Dustin Owens, 35, Rockdale, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for debit card abuse–elderly.

• John Jerome Smith, 27, Houston, three-year prison term, $14.73 in restitution to victim after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for robbery–bodily injury.

• Rodshea Devon Jones, 43, Milano, three years deferred adjudication probation, successful completion of theft aversion course, $2,500 fine, $43.63 to victim after pleading guilty to credit card abuse.

• Clemente Abila Jr., 42, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication, 45-day county jail term as a condition of probation, $1,000 fine, $7,575 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.

• Noemi Cobos, 38, Cameron, two-year state jail term probated for three years, $2,500 fine, $952.76 in restitution to victim after pleading guilty to forgery of financial instrument.

• Juan Manuel Sauce-do, 25, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, $75 in restitution after pleading guilty to attempted theft.

• Sharon Rose Alfaro, 43, Houston, 10-year probated prison term, substance abuse facility, $2,500 fine, $48,065.90 restitution to victim and DPS lab after pleading guilty to intoxication assault.

• Donald Lee Johnson, 48, Milano, 10-year probated prison term, anger management class, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to aggravated assault of public servant with deadly weapon.

• Tracy Walker, 46, Caldwell,six-year prison term, probated for three years , theft aversion course $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to forgery.

• Thomas Earl Tabor, 20, Cameron, eight-year prison term probated five years, sex offender probation, $1,000 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to online solicitation of a minor.

• Joshua Flake, 24, Gause, 18-months state jail term, $11,255 restitution to victims after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for burglary of building.
