CAMERON—Ten persons drew sentences in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.

He listed case dispositions for the period covering Nov. 26 through Dec. 7 as follows:

• Jordan Keshone Smith, 21, Cameron, pleaded “true” to motion to revoke probation on an original charge of robbery and was sentenced to a 10-year prison term and was also ordered to pay $1,464 in restitution to the victim. Smith also pleaded “true” to a second motion to revoke probation on a robbery charge and was assessed another 10-year prison term.

• Crystal Carole Easley, 42, Rock-dale, pleaded guilty to felony theft (less than $2,500) with priors and was sentenced to a one-year jail term.

• Jason Lee McDaniel, 40, Rock-dale, four-year prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for bail jumping–failure to appear.

• Elizabeth Kay Huddleston, 23, Rockdale, four-year prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).

• Eric Humberto Salas, 34, San Antonio, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Kelvin Eugene Thompson, 30, Killeen, three years deferred adjudication, including drug education, and substance abuse treatment $2,500 fine, $180 restitution after pleading guilty to a possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Damian Paul Spencer Hafley, 39, Houston, six-month state jail sentence after pleading guilty to criminal non-support. He was also placed on seven years deferred adjudication and restitution for all back child support after pleading guilty to a bail jumping–fail to appear, enhanced.

• Dallas Britt Montoya, 37, Milano, was five-year prison term, probated for three years, 10 days in Milam County Jail, surrender driver’s license for one year, ignition interlock after pleading guilty to DWI, third or more.

• Stephanie Ann Russ, 51, Rock-dale, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.

• Nancy Rene Castaneda, 36, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, theft aversion course, a $2,000 fine and $3,198 restitution to victim.

• Monty Joseph Beyer, 43, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication substance abuse treatment, $2,500 fine, $180 in restitution to the DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Thomas Montalbo, 44, Buckholts, one-year state jail term after pleading “true” to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
