CAMERON—Twelve cases were disposed of recently in 20th District Court.
Prosecutor Bill Torrey listed case dispositions as follows:
• Christopher Wardell Brown, 43, Cameron, seven-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for indecency with a child–sexual contact.
• Danny Elmer Krick, 38, Lubbock, two-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for forgery of government document; also, 12-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Leon Augusta, 39, Austin, four-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft ($2,500 to $30,000)—enhanced (elderly).
• Debbie Rodriguez Jimenez, 39, Cameron, 10-year probated prison term, theft aversion course $3,000 fine, $5,029 restitution to victims after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity.
• Pascual Llanas, 21, Thrall, five (5) years deferred adjudication, 180-day county jail term as a condition of probation, $2,500 fine, $1,074 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to attempted aggravated assault public servant with deadly weapon.
• Matthew Robert Manzoni, 47, Rock-dale, five (5) years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to forgery of government document.
• Samuel Martin Wesson, 34, Rock-dale, five years deferred adjudication, 180-day county jail term as a condition of probation, $5,000 fine, $180 restitution to the DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Zachary Dequan Carr, 20, Copper-as Cove, two years deferred adjudication, $2,000 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Class A misdemeanor, attempted possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds).
• Beth Ann Davis, 22, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to Class A misdemeanor, attempted endangering a child.
• Jenni Christa Melaine Huck, 24, Lovelady, three years deferred adjudication, theft aversion class, $2,500 fine and $1,945.04, restitution to victims after pleading guilty to credit card abuse.
• Sheri Lynn Torres, 61, Rockdale, was placed on two years deferred adjudication, theft aversion class, $2,500 fine, $480 restitution after pleading guilty to debit card abuse–enhanced (elderly).
• Earl Lydell Myers, 37, Milano, four-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)-drug free zone; also, sentenced to four-year prison term after pleading guilty to bail jumping–failure to appear.
