CAMERON—Twelve cases were disposed of in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Winston Loy Woolverton, 38, Rockdale, five-year prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to assault causes bodily injury family violence, with previous convictions.

• Christopher Eric Robbins, 43, Houston, three -year prison term, $60 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a DWIthird or more.

• Tavarius Deyon Washington, 27, Houston, two-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.

• Johnathan David Rice II, 38, Taylor, two-year prison term, probated for three years, successful completion of theft aversion course, $1,000 fine, restitution of $796.48 to victim after pleading guilty to theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Leticia Nicole Martinez, 29, Taylor, two years deferred adjudication, successful completion of theft aversion course $2,500 fine, after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

• Jamesha Garner, 24, Calvert, one-year deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A misdemeanor, tampering with government record—false entry.

• Zastefanie Ross, 23, Bryan, one year deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A misdemeanor, tampering with government record–false entry.

• Chase Ray Melton, 27, Gatesville, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine and $5,855.40 restitution to the Coryell County Jail after pleading guilty to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

• Jackson Wayne Oliver, 27, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Bunion Jack Ratliff III, 39, Lampasas, two-year state jail term, probated for five years, 97 days in the Milam County Jail, $2,500 fine, $17,000 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500-$30,000).

• Logan Taylor Dellerman, 29, Milano, three-year prison after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

• Aaron Ray Rodriguez, 25, Cameron, was sentenced to four-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for engaging in organized criminal activity.
