CAMERON—Thirteen persons were sentenced recently in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.

He listed case dispositions as follows:

• Christopher Chad Bonnett, 25, Leander, four-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child.

• Johnny Aaron Morales, 29, Rockdale, three-year prison term after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.

• Dustin Ray Fenley Painter, 27, Rockdale, two-year prison term after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of metal or body armor by felon.

• James Nicholas Dyer, 52, Rockdale, 12-month state jail division term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke on possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Marcus James Milligan, 33, Rockdale, nine-month county jail term after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, evading arrest.

• Fred Marquez Jr., 40, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication probation, substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Ivory Randal Washington, 26, Killeen, three years deferred adjudication probation, complete Intermediate Sanction Facility, $1,000 fine, restitution in an amount to be determined.

Washington had previously pleaded guilty to a charge of evading arrest with motor vehicle.

• Eboni Deantranette Henderson, 31, Hearne, three years deferred adjudication probation with $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to attempted tampering with evidence.

• Lewis Michael Mendoza, 49, Temple, four-year, probated prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

• Krystyne Nicole Bivens, 30, Thorndale, five-year prison term probated for three years, substance abuse treatment, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Qushma Jackson, 24, Cameron, was placed on three years deferred adjudication probation, and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a lesser included charge of aiding suicide.

• Amy Michelle Pate, 41, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, theft aversion classes, $1,000 fine, restitution of $3,000 to the victim after pleading guilty to a burglary of habitation.

• Karnelius Brown, 19, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, theft aversion class, $2,500 fine, restitution of $140 to the victim after pleading guilty to theft of fi rearm.
