CAMERON—Thirteen persons were sentenced during the past week in 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey who listed case dispositions as follows:
• Alexandria Monserrat Ochoa, 19, San Antonio, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to revoke probation on harassment of public servant.
• William Aaron Rivera, 47, Killeen, was sentenced to 18-month state jail term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Alexis Piedra, 22, Rockdale, two-year state jail term probated for three years, drug education course, $2,500 fine, and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Pedro Ibares, 24, Rockdale, was placed on 18 months deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, $14.70 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to lesser included attempted debit card abuse.
• Chance Earl Lewis, 20, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $30 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to burglary of building.
• Amanda Marie Rodriguez, 26, Taylor, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Angelina L. Rideaux, 33, Rock-dale, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, restitution of $22,967.41 to victim after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
• Jessie Lee Tenner, 35, Rock-dale, was sentenced to one year county jail term, probated for two years, $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to lesser included, DWI.
• Daniel Yanes, 18, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, inpatient drug treatment, $2,500 fine, $540 restitution to victims after pleading guilty to forgery of government instrument.
• Michael Heath Wright, 47, Cameron, was sentenced to two-day county jail term, forfeit all interest in weapons seized in the case, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to unlawful carry of weapon.
• Odell Barnes, 23, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to sex offender duty to register.
• Lucas Nathaniel Jackson, 17, Rockdale, four years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $30 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to attempted burglary of habitation.
• Sylvia Dyanne Ware, 48, Gause, five-year, probated prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to DWI-third or more.
