14 sentenced in 20th District Court

CAMERON—Last week’s District Court. according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey:

• Jacob Tyler Richardson, 28, Thorndale, 10-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams) with intent to deliver. He was also sentenced to a 10-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug free zone.

• Pedro Fernando Mateo Marez-Serrano, 18, Spice-wood, two-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Tymesha Shaneice Moore, 26, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, drug education course $1,500 fine, and $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• June Deanne Stockwell, 42, Rockdale, 12 months deferred adjudication, advanced anger management, 60 hours community service after pleading guilty to lesser included assault causing bodily injury.

• Leah Lisa Sakewitz, 39, Rockdale, two year state jail term, probated five years, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to credit/debit card abuse.

• Spencer William Herold, 18, Humble, two years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Eric Deshaun Mack, 40, Rockdale, one day county jail term, and ordered $2,500 fine, after pleading guilty to attempted assault bodily injury family violence with previous conviction.

• Derek Romale Cook, 36, Athens, two years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Christy Dawn Pounder, 23, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug free zone.

• Billy Jack McCall Jr., 40, Cameron, was placed on five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to assault family violence–impede breathing with previous family violence conviction.

• Samantha Leigh Sewell, 21, Austin, three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to retaliation.

• Kirsten Kay Cronk, 43, Cameron, five (5) years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine, $5,971.09 restitution after pleading guilty to exploitation of elderly.

• George Barrett Freeland, 54, Cameron, five-year, probated, prison term, felony DWI probation, fined $2,500, $60 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to DWIthird or more.

• Kelly James Hashaw, 47, Chilton, 10-year prison term, $25,000 parole restitution after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
