CAMERON—Fifteen persons were sentenced recently in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.
He listed case dispositions as follows:
• Charles Glenn Bradford, 21, Rockdale, three-year prison term after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Joel Delane Page II, 24, Rockdale, three-year prison term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Waynette York, 55, Temple, two-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for DWI-third or more.
• Jon William Brammer, 31, Austin, two-year prison term probated three years,-theft aversion, $2,500 fine, $300 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to theft (less than $2,500) with priors.
• Frederick Lavar Joshua, 40, Cameron, 10-year probated prison term, advanced anger management, fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to attempted assault family violence-impede breathing –enhanced
• Crystal Carole Easley, 42, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Kim David Shaver, 66, Irving, was placed on three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Robert Anderson Ohde, 39, Rockdale, was placed on three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $378 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to bail jumping–fail to appear.
• Quintura Johnson, 34, Temple, five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance.
• Salena Lopez, 19, Rock-dale, five years deferred adjudication, with standard conditions of sex offender probation including psycho-sexual evaluation and any treatment recommended, fine $1,000 after pleading guilty to indecency with child by contact.
• Kimberly Tyler Cain, 60, Ballinger, one-day county jail term after pleading guilty to obstruction of a highway.
• Linda Weatherford Poole, 64, Milano, one year deferred adjudication, fined $500 fine after pleading guilty to attempted prohibited substance in correctional facility.
• Thomas Anthony McElroy, 24, Liberty, five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, restitution in an amount to be determined after pleading guilty to retaliation.
• Manuel Patrick Wallace, 18, Rockdale, 180-day county jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for attempted debit/credit card abuse
• Lane Allen Herzog, 17, Thorndale, two six-month state jail terms after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of motor vehicle and “true” to a probation revocation motion for an original charge of credit or debit card abuse. He was also ordered to pay $552 in restitution.
