The 15th annual Buddy Oney Toy Run will take place this year Dec. 5 at The Ranch at 415 W. US 79 in Rockdale.
The annual ride in memory of the late Buddy Oney benefits the needy children of Milam County by giving 100 percent of the proceeds to The Milam County Child Protective Services board, Milam County Brown Santa Program, Thorndale Cares and The Rockdale Christmas Round up.
Through its 14 year his tory the toy run has raised a over $86,000 for organizations that serve some children of Rockdale and the rest of Milam County.
Registration begins at 9 a,m, with the first bike out at 11 a.m. The ride fee is $20 for rider and $25 with a passenger or a new toy valued at $25. The ride fee does include food after the ride for all participants of the ride.
