CAMERON—Seventeen persons have been sentenced in 20th District Court during the past several weeks, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows.

• Terry Page Clark Jr., 29, Rockdale, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an burglary of habitation.

• Fredrick Fritzgerald Bynaum, 47, Cameron, sentenced 20-month state jail division term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original theft ($1,500 to $20,000).

• Terry Dewayne Shaw Jr., 19, Austin, sentenced to 12-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for burglary of building.

• James Robert McGowan, 30, Fredonia, 15-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• John Louis Ramos, 39, Waco, 180-day county jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation on original Class A misdemeanor, attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Jose Luis Santana Vargas, 59, Rockdale, was placed on two years deferred adjudication, $234 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to cruelty to animals.

• Pedro Gonzales-Moreno, 21, Taylor, three years deferred adjudication with $1,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Latoya Shontei Warren, 40, Killeen, was placed on four years deferred adjudication, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance, enhanced.

• Larry Joe Pomykal, 69, Rosebud, three years deferred adjudication,$180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to prohibited substance in correctional facility.

• Latricia Lynn Evans, 33, Cameron, five years deferred adjudication, successful completion of advanced anger management, no contact with victim, $3,000 fine after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation intend assault.

• Tiffany Leah Whited, 30, Rockdale, two -year state jail term probated for three years, successful completion of theft aversion court, $2,500 fine, restitution to victim after pleading guilty theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Douglas Ray Curtis, 62, Rockdale, two-year state jail term, probated for one year, successful completion of theft aversion course, restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to credit or debit card abuse.

• Monica Garcia, 19, Rock-dale, one year deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, possession of marijuana (two to four ounces).

• Jared Wayne Fowler, 39, Liberty, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).

• Cynthia Raquel Hernandez, 22, Thorndale, three years deferred adjudication, successful completion of theft aversion course, $2,500 fine, $500 restitution to victim after pleading “no contest” to forgery, enhanced.

• Antonio Jimenez, 21, Cameron, 18-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for burglary of building.

• Artraell J.D. Vincent, 26, Austin, five-year prison term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams) with intent to deliver.
