After last week’s test lift of the 1895’s bell tower, engineers have confirmed that the steel support beams specified in the architectural plans will adequately support the 87,400-pound tower.
“Next we work through finalizing the beam installation. But we are aiming for a February re-crowning of The 1895,” said Curah, Beard, Executive Director.
