$2,000 FOR SHERIFF’S OFFICE

—St. Monica’s KJZT (Catholic Fraternal Organization) No. 48 recently donated $2,000 to the Milam County Sheriff’s Department for equipment purchase, including the camera system which “protects and documents” the activities of deputies, according to Sheriff Chris White, who said the group also donated to the Brown Santa program. KJZT members in the presentation photo (not in order) included Bettie Pagach, Mary Ann Seaton, Ann Krenek, Clara Marak, Eva Mikulec, Mary Woltman and Beverly Angell.
