Classic Bank promotes officers to new ranks

Richard Earl Williams Jr., president of Classic Bank, announced three promotions within his organization: Tom Loth to vice president, Joanna Rackley to vice president and Kathy Sheppard to assistant vice president.

Loth has been with Classic Bank since 2002 serving as a loan officer. Loth holds a business degree from Texas State University.

He is a current member and past president of the Rockdale Rotary Club. He and his wife Julie reside in Rockdale and have two sons, Pearce and Ross.

Rackley has been with Classic Bank since 1993 serving in various positions, most recently as the assistant vice president lending operations. She has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry.

She and her husband Ronnie reside in Cameron and have four children and four grandchildren.

Sheppard has been with Classic Bank since 1996 serving in various positions most recently as a loan officer.

She and her husband Donald reside in Cameron and have three children, Scott, Casey and Mary, and two grandchildren.
