WELL DONE

Sunday's Rockdale Homecoming was special in a big way to a Rockdale business. It was the last catering job for Tom & Lois Fisher of Poor Boy Barbecue. The Fishers are retiring after operating the business for the past 15 years. "We've sold the business to Shawn Taylor of Rockdale and it's going to stay just like it is now," Tom Fisher said. "Same employees, same recipes, everything the same except Lois and I are going to take it a little easier now." Dr. Lucille Estell (R) presented the Fishers with an appreciation award. "They've done so many things for us that nobody knows about," she said. Sunday's Rockdale Homecoming was special in a big way to a Rockdale business.
