Child indecency,' providing alcohol to minor charges filed

A 37-year-old Thorndale man has been charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact and furnishing alcohol to a minor in connection with incidents involving a 13-year-old female.

Anibal Alejo Guerra was arrested by Thorndale Ofc. Wade Boedeker. Guerra was released after posting bond totaling $30,000.

Boedeker said the charges stem from an incident that began at an area lake after which the suspect and victim went to a house in Thorndale.

"We're still investigating the indecency with a child charge," Boedeker said.
