THE GOOD STUFF Lawrence Russell (R) is retiring after a 29-year career with the City of Rockdale's Public Works Department and after receiving plaques and praise from dignitaries in a reception last week, some of Russell's friends and co-workers got down to the "good stuff." The reception, held in the Patterson Center, included most city departments and visits by former city leaders.
