The Rockdale Lady Tigers couldn't get a foot hold in losing to Caldwell 25-10, 25-11 and 25-19 Tuesday night at Hornet Gym. The Lady Tigers dip to 7-14 overall and 1-4 in District 24-3A play. The defending district champion Lady Hornets improve to 20-11 overall and 5-0 in league action. Full Story

Thorndale records highest finish ever for Class A school at Cameron
Thorndale's varsity girls cross country team took fourth in the Cameron Invitational Monday at the Cameron Country Club. It was the highest finish for a Class A team at the event. Senior Kara Niemtschk paced the Lady Dogs with a seven place medal and a time of 14:01. Kristen Butterworth also earned a medal for her 12th place finish with a time of 14:25. Full Story
