Second 'Art on the Range' slated

Reporter file photo/KEC The second annual Art on the Range, featuring skilled crafters' arts exhibit and sale, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 at 3847 N. US 77, on Jackie Thornton's property, she announced this week.

"Come to the country for a delightful visit with friends and talented artists from the Central Texas area," Thornton said.

"Those attending will be able to view the work of skilled artisans and purchase unique items such as basketry, mosaic s, photography, f ine ar t paintings, floral design, jewelry, home décor, stained glass, scarves and more," she said.

The property is located halfway between Rockdale and Minerva, three miles north of the US 77-US 79 intersection.
