HEAD EAST—Former Rockdale resident Jessica Parish has signed a letter of intent to play softball at East Texas Baptist University, located in Marshall. Parish, a senior catcher at Lexington High School, is a first-team all-district and first-team all-Brazos Valley performer with a .461 career batting average, 13 home runs and 96 runs batted in.
