ROCKDALE Elementary and Intermediate Breakfast

Cereal, juice, fruit, toast, jelly and milk offered daily.

Monday—Glazed donuts. Tuesday—Breakfast burrito. Wednesday—Breakfast pizza.

Thursday—Biscuit and sausage.

Friday—Pancake on a stick.

Elementary and Intermediate Lunch

Milk offered daily. Chef salad available daily at the intermediate school.

Monday—Catfish strips, chicken rings, macaroni and cheese, black-eyed peas, cornbread.

Tuesday—Chicken nuggets, stuffed baked potato, steamed broccoli, sour power applesauce, banana pudding.

Wednesday—Pepperoni pizza, enchilada casserole, green peas, carrot

sticks, gelatin.

Thursday—Spaghetti, toast, chili

burrito, seasoned corn, pinto beans, apple.

Friday—Early release: grab-and-go lunch.

Junior High Breakfast Cereal, fruit, juice, toast, jelly and

milk offered daily.

Monday—Glazed donut, pancake on

a stick.

Tuesday—Cinnamon roll, biscuit and sausage.

Wednesday—Pancakes with syrup,

breakfast burrito. Thursday—French toast and sausage

link, breakfast pizza.

Friday—Fruit muffin, cheesy scrambled eggs.

Junior High Lunch

Milk and juice offered daily.

Monday—Oven fried chicken, veggie rice, seasoned broccoli, fruit. Pizzaria and Deli: pepperoni pizza, house salad, pizza stick, fruit. Grill: corn dog, hamburger.

Tuesday—Beefy ravioli, garlic toast, green peas, fruit. Pizzaria and Deli: sausage pizza, chicken salad, carrot sticks with ranch, sour power applesauce. Grill: Crispy chicken burger, hamburger, cheeseburger.

Wednesday—Steak fingers with gravy, seasoned green beans, tossed salad with ranch, cookie. Pizzaria and Deli: pepperoni pizza, chef salad, chips, cookie. Grill: rib sandwich, hamburger.

Thursday—Meaty spaghetti, candied carrots, hot roll, fruit. Pizzaria and Deli: triple cheese pizza, ham salad, side salad with ranch, fruit gelatin. Grill: hot dog, hamburger, cheeseburger.

Friday—Early release: grab-and-go lunch.

High School Breakfast

Breakfast taco bar, cereal, juice, fruit and milk offered daily.

Monday—Glazed donut, egg and sausage biscuit.

Tuesday—Breakfast pizza, pancakes with syrup.

Wednesday—Biscuits with gravy, fruit muffin.

Thursday—Cinnamon roll, pancake on a stick.

Friday—French toast, sausage link, Pop-Tart.

High School Lunch

Milk and juice offered daily.

Pizzaria offered daily: pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, cheese pizza, fruit, pizza stick (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), side salad (Tuesday, Thursday), cookie, chips.

Deli offered daily: chef salad, hot ham and cheese sandwich (Tuesday), Sante Fe turkey melt (Thursday), chicken or tuna salad, croissant sandwiches, baked potato bar, fruit, cookie.

Grill offered daily: Hamburger, cheeseburger, burger fixings, corn dog (Monday), crispy chicken burger (Tuesday), rib barbecue (Wednesday), chicken nuggets with sauce (Thursday), fish burger with cheese (Friday), main course sides.

Thursday—Waffles, sausage patty, fruit juice, milk.

Friday—Donut, honey wheat donut, cereal, fruit juice, milk.

Lunch

Sixth grade and up has chef salad option (upon request). Yogurt plate offered to fourth grade and up.

Monday—Papa John’s pizza, baked potato, corn, spinach, tossed salad, pears, ranch dressing, milk.

Tuesday— Chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pepper gravy, peas, fruit cocktail, milk, country style rolls.

Wednesday—Chili-cheese nacho, beef burrito, pinto beans, tossed salad, pineapple chunks, ranch dressing, milk, jalapeƱo peppers.

Thursday—Sloppy Joe on a roll, French fries, baked beans, fruit cocktail, milk.

Friday—Turkey-cheese sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, fruit snacks, baby carrots, Rice Krispies Treats, milk.

MILANO

Breakfast

Lunch

Assorted fruits and milks served daily. Baked potato bar offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Salad bar offered Tuesday and Thursday (daily at the elementary).

Monday—Nachos with beef, lettuce, tomato, pinto beans, Spanish rice.

Tuesday—Steak sandwich, lettuce, tomato, French fries.

Wednesday—Frito pie, cheese, corn, pinto beans.
