TO WED—Eugene and Bonnie Holub Jr. are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Brianne, to Gregory Edwin Brown Jr., son of Greg and Cheryl Brown of Schertz. Sarah is the granddaughter of Lucille and the late Raymond Gubas of Houston, and Eugene and the late Evelyn Holub of Cypress. Greg is the grandson of Ethel and Tommy Ward of Schertz, Diane and Don Moudy of Asheboro, North Carolina, and Cheryl and Thomas Brown of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The bride-elect is the 2005 RHS Valedictorian and graduated magna cumlaude in December 2008 from Texas A&M, majoring in anthropology and English. She is currently employed by Reynolds & Reynolds in College Station. The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Canyon High School and graduated magna cum laude in May 2009 from Texas A&M, majoring in psychology. He is currently earning his master of science in business through the U.S. Army Material Command Fellows program in Texarkana. After their Jan. 2, 2010, wedding at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in College Station, the couple plans to make their temporary home in Texarkana.
