ALL STATE GIRL–


ALL STATE GIRL–Elisabeth Thomason, a sophomore at Milano High School, took third chair in the recent Area band competition at Texas State University in San Marcos. The honor qualifies her for state competition in the Association of Texas Small School Bands (Class 3A and under). Thomason qualified for area after taking first chair at the regional level. As a freshman, Thomason missed the all-state band by one chair. Her private teacher is Randy Hall of Caldwell. She is the daughter of professional music instructors Lee “Sparky” Thomason and Leah Thomason of Rockdale.
