1,000 tractor fans from 23 states flock to estate auction
A muddy field north of Davilla was the place to be for tractor collectors on Saturday.
More than 1,000 persons from 23 states came to the Calvin Kraemer farm, at the end of County Road 100 in the Little River bottomland, for the tractor sale to end all tractor sales.
Kraemer, who died two years ago, collected and restored tractors. Full Story

Local meal-provider agency to receive help from TDA
Funds to provide more meals to additional homebound Texans
AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Agriculture will award approximately $2 million to home-delivered meal providers who serve meals to homebound elderly and disabled Texans and a Milam agency is among the agencies to receive help.
