ORDER IN THE COURT Recent renovation at City Hall has produced the facility’s first “sure enough” courtroom-office complex for Municipal Judge Jerry Waggoner. City Manager Kelvin Knauf pointed out the open area where municipal court was “neither very secure not very private for court proceedings.” Knauf said the renovation was accomplished without the use of tax funds. “Revenue was from a building security fee imposed on those convicted in municipal court,” he said.
