Grand jurors indict 23 Thursday

CAMERON—A Milam County Grand Jury returned 23 indictments Thursday, including three for sex offenses, according to Prosecutor Kerry Spears.

Jefferson Eugene Lawrence, 38, of Rockdale, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault and assault family violence/strangulation.

Anthony Eugene Miller, 34, of Rockdale, was indicted for failure to register as a sex offender.

Emmitt Wilcox, 45, of Cameron, was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Spears listed other indictments as follows:

• Tamara Lee Blake, 35, Milano, debit card abuse.

• Sandi Locklin, 34, Rockdale, forgery of a government instrument.

• Larr y Lee Parker, 65, Rockdale, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

• Jacquelynn Kay Hanke, 31, Belton, DWI with passenger under age 15.

• Tyler Lee Welsh, 18, Rogers, evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

• Timmie Ward, 46, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• James Earl Mayberry, 36, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Lorie Miller, 34, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Heather April Aguilar, 34, Austin, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Miguel Angel Hidalgo, 28, Cameron, forgery by making, two counts.

• David Alvarado, 30, Cameron, forgery by making, two counts.

• Clara Ruthford, 50, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Vincent Rashum Bynaum, 34, Cameron, unlawfully carr ying weapon on licensed premises.

• Jeronimo Nuñez, also known as Jeronimo Nuñez-Gallardo, 60, Cameron, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

• Ruben Cardona, 31, Cameron, forgery by passing.

• Bobby Janes III, 39, Cameron, theft (under $1,500) with prior convictions.

• Daniel Ray Cain, 26, Rockdale, assault causes bodily injury/family violence, enhanced.

• Victor Chico-Manuel, 24, Cameron, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Kris Lee Box, 47, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Tommy Blake McCary Jr., 32, Milano, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).
