MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Here is the jail log from March 23-29 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Jail logs list all persons charged with offenses through the county jail docket. Charges may change during the process.

Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Henr y Paul Bynaum, 40, Cameron, driving while license suspended/invalid enhanced, released on $2,000 bond.

• Zachary Zane Zawadzke, 34, Rockdale, burglary of building, released on $20,000 bond.

• Rafalita Rodriguez French, 53, Cameron, (five counts) capias pro fine, fined $1,193.90 and released.

• William Cory Jimenez, 30, Rockdale, criminal mischief impair public community supply (less than $1,500), released on $1,500 bond.

• Michael Anthony Salazar, 26, Cameron, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, driving while license invalid, released on $5,000 bond.

• Matthew Leigh Martin, 22, LaGrange, probation violation/ unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felony probation violation, in custody on $70,000 bond.

• Teron Lamont Mahone, 31, Killeen, bond forfeiture/possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), bond forfeiture/possession of controlled substance (3 to 28 grams), in custody on $10,000 bond.

• James Lawrence Beard, 27, Temple, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), driving while intoxicated, driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, bond forfeiture/ possession of controlled substance, in custody.

• Jacquelynn Kay Hanke, 32, Cameron, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Tina Marie Hart, 35, Bryan, OAG commitment.

• Kelly James Hashaw, 38, Cameron, driving while intoxicated (second offense), released on $3,000 bond.

• Troy Eugene Lablanc, 44, Cameron, served district commitment.

• Aaron Lee Bertram, 27, Burlington, possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $250 and released on $1,500 bond.

• Christopher Leeroy Beckmann, 21, Burlington, possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $250 and released on $1,500 bond.

• Joe Anthony Medina, 48, Brownsville, out-of-county warrant/ failure to appear/non-payment of child support, released on $25,000 bond.

• Lashanna Deshae Melton, 34, Cameron, out-of-county warrant/ theft by check ($20 to $500), released on $1,500 bond.

• Juan Carlos Luna, 29, Henderson, driving while intoxicated (second offense), driving while license suspended/invalid enhanced, failure to identif y fugitive with intent to give false information, out-of-county warrant/ bond forfeiture/failure to appear/driving while intoxicated, out-of-county warrant/driving while intoxicated (second offense), released on $39,000 bond.

• Amber Noelani ODonovan, 20, Houston, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Kalina Marie Harris, 20, Killeen, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Jessie James Tabor, 32, Cameron, driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, released on $1,500 bond.

• Cynthia Marie Franklin, 35, Cameron, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Regina Ann Matyastick, 50, Cameron, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $264 and released.

• Caroline Lopez, 43, Temple, driving while intoxicated (first offense), released on $2,000 bond.

• Danny Leon Johnson, 58, Beaumont, driving while intoxicated (first offense), released on $2,000 bond.

• Pedro Carrazales, 26, Rockdale, driving while intoxicated, evading arrest/detention, released on $3,000 bond.

• Jose S. Alvarez, 49, Albuquerque, New Mexico, driving while intoxicated, released on $1,500 bond.

• James Rodney Holt, 45 , Spicewood, forgery government/ national government instrument/ money/security, released on $20,000 bond.

• Eric Charles Bergmann, 23, Houston, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), in custody on $7,000 bond.
