The junior high campus is using Tiger Time and tutorial sessions to reinforce 6th and 7th grade skills in both reading and math. At Rockdale High School targeted students are involved in TAKS Math boot camps, Exit Level TAKS Pull-outs and TAKS Pull-outs for both math and science to emphasize each TAKS math and science objective.

Ormsby also recommends that all parents express confidence in their children’s ability to perform well and encourage them to do their very best work. Students should get a good night’s rest before each test and eat a nutritious breakfast.
