Sanders, Elliott named first team all-district

Seniors Joe Sanders and Justin Elliott were named to the first team of the 24-3A all-district baseball team.

Sanders was a unanimous choice, while Elliott was the district utility player after pitching and playing in the outfield.

Tiger pitcher Greg Chelf was named to the second team.

Navasota’s Derrick Hadley was selected as the most valuable player.
