Llanas-Alonzo

Services for Filimona Llanas- Alonzo, 46, of Dublin, Georgia, formerly of Rockdale, were held Thursday, May 13, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale with Rev. Gregory officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rockdale.

Rosary was recited Wednesday, May 12, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home with Deacon Don Smith of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating.

Mrs. Llanas-Alonzo died Friday, May 7, in Dublin, Georgia.

She was born May 25, 1963, in Mexico to Pedro Llanas and Maria (Alonzo) Llanas.

She was a homemaker and lived the past six months in East Dublin, Georgia.

Mrs. Llanas-Alonzo was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Llanas on Dec. 27, 2009.

Gonzales of East Dublin, Georgia; five brothers, Fren Llanas of Houston, Domingo Llanas of Hearne, Jesus Llanas of Mexico, Fernando Llanas and Anacieto Llanas, both of Rockdale; two sisters, Rosa Castillo of Buckholts, Juana Contreas of Rockdale; and two grandchildren, Carlos D. Cavazos II and Eduardo P. Cavazos, both of East Dublin, Georgia.
