While RHS says goodbye to another group of athletes, the Class of 2010 had a feel of renaissance about it—meaning several teams and individuals accomplished things that had not been feated in a while.

Drake brothers are world champion hog catchers— and darn proud of it
Dan and Mark Drake have certainly had their
share of athletic successes.
Dan was an all-state tight end for the Rockdale football team and Mark was an all-state baseball player, not to mention that he is the school’s all-time leading passer.
But nothing in their athletic history has crowned them “World Champions” which is what they can claim now. Full Story

Jubilee Days, Rockdale’s annual summertime rodeo, is set for June 11-12 and promises top-notch rodeo action.

CA MERON—The Cameron Rotary Club invites local golfers to tee it up for the civic organizations annual Golf Tournament at the Cameron Country Club. This year’s event will be held on June 4-5.
